What could be more magical than an open-air dance show at Mont-Saint-Michel? Here’s a look back at this temporary outdoor modular grandstand rental project in Normandy, a region we know well.

To close the 2025 tour of the renowned principal dancer Hugo Marchand, an exceptional setting was chosen: Mont-Saint-Michel. On 6 and 7 September, the open-air show Les Étoiles au Château delighted audiences with performances by six principal dancers from the Paris National Opera, accompanied by two virtuoso musicians.
Modular grandstands tailored to an iconic site
To welcome spectators in a setting as prestigious as Mont-Saint-Michel, ALCOR Équipements installed demountable open-air stands, perfectly integrated into the site. This project included:
- A straight grandstand with 808 seats, offering optimal visibility facing the stage
- A modular grandstand with 492 seats, integrated control booth and unobstructed view of the Mont
- An outdoor stage covered by a crystal arched structure, delivered in partnership with Tivolis Rochelais
Thanks to our expertise, this uncovered temporary grandstand preserved the integrity of the site while ensuring comfort and safety for the audience.
